Upon arrival, the dorm was messy with used bed sheets and towels on the floor. One of the pods had even been slept in, which was unacceptable. It really set a poor tone for our stay, and I was disappointed that it took time to rectify the situation.

The dorm was clean and quiet enabling restful sleep. Staff provided friendly service and breakfast options were hearty with eggs and fresh fruit.

The staff were exceptionally helpful when I forgot my charger, they provided me with a spare right away. The comfy bed made it easy to recharge, and the fast wifi was a lifesaver for my work needs.

This was my first time in a capsule hotel and I totally loved it! The staff were super friendly and the location's perfect for foodies. The breakfast had some tasty options too. Just make sure to keep it down at night. I was lucky not to disturb anyone. 😂 Oh, and a clean-up wouldn’t hurt in the shared bathrooms.

The Single Capsule in Mixed Dormitory Room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable! I really appreciated the overall layout, which offered a comfy mattress for good sleep.
